A friend just showed me a PCB that he made using the Xerox method. He said that he would clean the boards, heat them in a oven at 400 degrees for awile and then lay the sheet (special stuff for PCBs) on the hot board. The toner would transfer over to the board quite well. The finished board looked great. Ron
