Rare(?) synth?

Hi Everyone -
I know this isn't REALLY diy, but it could be if I find
out more info...
I just bought a Sequential Circuits "Prelude" (mfd by SIEL).
Anyone happen to know how rare this thing is, and where I might
find a schematic? (Kevin, you out there?)
The voice archetecture is bizarre, almost completely discrete
CMOS logic - the only really "analog" portion is an LM13700 based
VCF. It has 4 "tone registers" - Brass/Piano/Organ/Strings - each
with a few varia=tions of each. (the strings sound a 'la Crumar
Performer, BTW) All voices have crude envelope adjustment except
organ, and it has a chorus/flanger that sounds GREAT!!
It also has LFO (pitch only) and a 5 BAND GRAPHIC EQ!! (the EQ can
make the strings sound almost vocal-like. It's WEEEIIRD!)
One other thing- It's TOTALLY POLYPHONIC (ALL 49 KEYS?!) One switch
per key closing to a common bus, sort of a modified Pratt-Read keyboard
assembly manufactured by FATAR. Shoot, this thing even has an external
input!
Sooo - anyone have any info (how common is it, what it might be worth,
schematics, etc.) so I might be able to fix it (G5 and Ab5 are sounding
together when EITHER key is pressed, and it's Not the key mech itself,
I checked.), and then possibly MIDI it.
Thanks for de info,
Duane
