It's a bit finicky, that's for sure. I've found that a HOT iron is
essential, like as hot as you can go. Iron the back of the board, so that
it's face down on the TTS sheet. And when you're done ironing - apply heat
for about five minutes - let it cool completely. It's very easy to screw it
up if it hasn't cooled, or if you knock the TTS sheet before you get it in
water. Even with all that, you have to take an etch-resist (read: regular
ol' permanent Sharpie) marker to fill in spots that didn't stick, but
that's only in large expanses of resist, like ground planes. It's not
usually a problem, but I like to be tidy.

The TTS system has been good enough that I've got my name and other info
etched into the ground plane, which I did in a Space:1999-style font in
ClarisWorks. It's very readable.

There is also another competing product called TecFilm 200. I think it's a
bit cheaper (I got mine at wholesale so I don't know), and it's clear like
a transparency, so flipping images is easier. But the TTS is more reliable.

What's the site, Kevin? That'll allow me to download it since I don't have
a floppy drive to install it yet (seems like a waste of time to buy a
floppy drive for a Mac IIci... :).
