Voltage Controlled Pulse Width Modulation mod for PAiA FatMan on hyperreal.

I just uploaded it, so it will be in music/machines/incoming.  The
files are PWM1.GIF and PWM.TXT.  Please note that PWM.GIF in this
directory has an error and should be ignored.

The mod/addon employs one LM324 package, 3 or more pots, several
resistors and a cap.  This one is fun using velocity to control it.
