There is a way, but I'd prefere normalized 1/4" jacks any time.
But if you have decided on bananas, you might try this:
Make your inputs high impedance, your normalizations mid
impedance, and your outputs near-zero impedance.
Example:
Input is a 100k pot. Normalisation is a 10k resistor fom some
other (internal) output. You'd have 10% loss in voltage, but
this either doesn't matter, or you can compensate this with a
gain stage somewhere.
Now the outputs for external connections have to override
this 10k//100k impedance. A direct opamp output might o the
job (without the usual 1k series resistor!). I recommend
LF355 or LF356 for this, because they have a special output
stage which can drive capacitive loads as well.
This method should work fine for slow signals (CV's). For
audio range signals, keep in mind that the output resistance
of opamps grows larger with higher frequencies, though.
