I did the following: Built it completely symetrical. Two resistor dividers,
one to each base. PAN CV is then fed in over a common panpot structure,
i.e. resistor ladder with a potentiometer in between. Actually, I used this
structure 3 times (with the bases as summing nodes): one for manual
pan, one for CV pan, one for pan offset.
