EMC/IC Data Books update

I am sending the last of the update packets to the IC Databook today. 
Boy did I eat my lunch on the postage etc. to send these out!  

I will have to increase the price of the IC Databook to $25 to cover
the 100 page increase in page count.  Shipping costs will also
probably have to go up a bit too.  

Also, I have always had to spend quite a bit of time with my bank
people dealing with overseas-generated money orders for book purchases.
A bank teller recently suggested I recommend payment by American
Express Traveler's checks.  Do any of you overseas guys have any
experience with payment in this form?  Is it easy to do? Can they
be made out to individuals (me)?
