Yes.
A few additions: Joachim mentioned that the LF351 / 353 tend to oscillate.
As far as I know this os only true when You drive capacitive loads (such
as patch cables) directly. A 1k series resistor (or a compensation feedback
network, if You need very low output impedance) will cure this totally.
Even better: If You need a single packaged opamp, try the LF 356 which
has a special output stage to drive large capacitive loads. You can connect
patch cables to its output directly. (Impotrant for calibrated CV's)
The only drawback of the LF's (and most other JFET amps) I know of
is the limited input common mode range. But this applies only for very
extreme applications.
