Instead of clocking it (like a sequencer), use a continuous CV to sweep
between the "corner points" and do a linear interpolation. I called the
whole thing "Interpolating Scanner", and it works independent of frequency,
from dc to audio rate (also nice for VCO waveshaping).
Posted details about this one before, but it has been some time ago.
I do CV tracking stuff with mine all the time.
