  Howdy Friends,

 Awhile ago I volunteered to make copies of E-notes Preferred on Synth DIY
in the U.S..I'm a bit busy right now and don't have time to address all the
requests that have suddenly come pouring in for this document, so I'm
sending this message to the entire list for efficiency. It would be nice if
we could organize a distrubution system like the Euro one as copying and
sending this thing out could get expensive. Bye for now and I'll contact
people individually
when I get time.
