Sorry Chaps

I know this is off topic, but, I'm dying to get hold off some of these 4   
bit CMOS RAM IC's as they're now obsolete and I can't repair some CPU   
boards without them. Philips made the originals # PCD5101P.If anybody has   
these kicking around - please drop me some mail.
