I've noticed a lot of people on this list are implementing software design into
their projects... so, I thought I'd pass this along.
Seeking software development engineers for in house positions.
Several positions are currently available in the Synthesizer Development Group.
**** Applications Software Engineer ****
reports to Synthesizer Product Manager
primary responsiblities include software development for in-house and commercial
pc applications and utilities associated with synthesizer products.
Candidate should posess the following:
- 2 years C/C++ programming for Windows
and/or Macintosh with experience in
developing commercial applications
for multimedia and/or MI applications.
- requires application knowledge of music,
sampling, synthesizers, drum machines
and digital audio.
- low level driver development skills preferred.
- knowledge of assembly language programming
for embedded processor systems helpful.
- knowledge of electronics and ability to read
schematics helpful.
**** Embedded Systems Software Engineer ****
reports to Synthesizer Product Manager
primary responsiblities include software development for new products as well as
updates to existing products.
Candidate should posess the following:
- 2 years experience developing embedded
processor systems code.
- requires application knowledge of music,
sampling, synthesizers, drum machines
and digital audio.
- requires knowledge of electronics and
ability to read schematics.
- C/C++ programming experience helpful
**** Assistant Software Engineer ****
reports to Synthesizer Product Manager
primary responsiblities include code and documentation management, assistance in
directing beta tests of synthesizer products and computer software, updates to
existing pc application associated with synthesizer development. Candidate will
ultimately grow into Applications Software Engineer.
Candidate should posess the following:
- requires application knowledge of music,
sampling, synthesizers, drum machines
and digital audio.
- Must be computer literate on Windows and
Macintosh and familiar with computer programming.
- C/C++ experience preferred.
- knowledge of assembly language programming
and file structures helpful.
- knowledge of electronics and ability to read
schematics helpful.
