Stupid ASM-1 cap question

The purpose is to slow down the LM311 so that when the FET is emptying the
cap it will go all the way down before the LM311 stops feeding the FET.
If you can get a sligthly larger (up to say 47pF) you will not suffer.
You can use almost any cap there since it is not soundpath, but keep if
cheramics if possible... but that recommendation migth be more to my well
developed alergy to them then much else... but they do have a bad response at
high frequencies due to high loss (relative alternatives).
