Linear vs. Exponential CV

     I am having a hard time finding info on Linear and Exp. CV...  What 
     are the specifications for these?  I have a MIDI->Linear CV, but I 
     want to drive a Exp. CV monosynth, is there a simple circuit to 
     convert?
