Modular Noise Problems

   I'm having really annoying noise problems with my modular.  One of them is
   that I'm getting oscillations from LFOs and VCOs in various modules.

   The other problem I have and am not so sure what to do about is that my
   Electronotes Option 2 multimode VCFs are picking up a local FM radio
   station (94.9 FM).  At first I thought it was a cool accidental effect,
   but now that it turns up in everything I do I'm really fed up with
   it. 

Sounds suspiciously like a grounding problem.
