Modular Noise Problems

I tried posting about this yesterday, but for some reason the message
didn't seem to make it to the list. So here I go again:
I'm having really annoying noise problems with my modular. One of them is
that I'm getting oscillations from LFOs and VCOs in various modules.
After giving that some thought I realized that I need to go in and add
filter caps to power supply lines, starting in the offending modules and
working my way to the modules that are picking up the noise.
The other problem I have and am not so sure what to do about is that my
Electronotes Option 2 multimode VCFs are picking up a local FM radio
station (94.9 FM). At first I thought it was a cool accidental effect,
but now that it turns up in everything I do I'm really fed up with it. A
friend of mine said it might have something to do with my patch cables
acting as antennae (I'm using 1/8" mini cables) but I don't understand
why the problem is only arising in these filters.
I appreciate any input you can send my way. I really want to get my
modular performance ready.
