  request and wait for a reply - then send a check - I still have about 7
  unaccounted for.

  This does not apply to tempcos - I have a lot of unallocated tempcos. If
  you sent me an email requesting tempcos and I did not reply - don't worry
  I have your requests. If you did not send an email request for them, just
  include the cost in your check and a note stating that you'd like them...
