Jw> I'm about to order a set of Xerox copies (including a binder) of

 Jw> Suggestions are welcome.

I've had good luck so far sending copies of my book via Global Priority.
(didn't ship FedEx)
This is a new method for overseas shipments using the postal service's
cardboard envelope. You cram in whatever will fit - one of my 300
page books just fits. It is $7 to Europe and $9 to Pacific Rim. I tape
around the edges to make sure it makes it there ok.

Larger box-size shipments are cheap via DHL. (at least through my employer
that is)

Tell Hal hi for me,
Barry
