   quality springs for use in an analogue spring reverb unit ?

The very best source of reverb circuits is Accutronics, the folks who
make most of the reverb tanks.  They have an application note full of
circuits, theory and helpful suggestions available free for the
asking.  Accutronics is now owned by a company called Sound
