Computer modelling an analogue synth

I've just finished the first version of a realtime analogue synth
emulator program, VAZ. I started from scratch just over 3 weeks ago,
so I'm kind of surprised there aren't more commercial offerings along
these lines, at the moment we only seem to have the Nord Lead, VLx and
Prophecy, and the upcoming JP8000.

If there's anybody into synth simulation I certainly wouldn't mind
discussing techniques etc.

Most relevant to this list, I'm wondering how well the program does
it's job, and who better to ask than a bunch of analogue fans who
know how the machines work! I'd be very grateful for a critique of
the program if anybody has time.

VAZ can be downloaded from
  http://www.cp.umist.ac.uk/users/martin/vaz.html
and in a day or so at:
  ftp://ftp.winsite.com/pub/pc/win95/sounds
and eventually all the mirrors of that. Windows 95 only for
performance reasons I'm afraid.
