Hi all,
Another good place to search for patents is
http://patents.cnidr.org:4242/access/search-adv.html. I was looking for
stuff last night, and found 2 Serge and 3 Buchla patents. The Buchla stuff
was for some organ company (I forget who), and concerned touch-sensitive
keyboards.
This site displays abstracts, references, etc. The main drawback of this
site is that no patents before 1975 are cataloged. Thus, you'll miss the
interesting early ARP and Moog stuff. A few of those numbers are:
ARP 3,444,362 - Exponential Converter (thanks Joachim)
Moog 3,475,623 - Transistor Ladder Filter.
Later,
Sean
