chassis grounding

It is always a good safety precaution to ground your chasis!!!  If anything
"hot" touches the chasis (like AC power) and the chasis is grounded, it will
more or less harmlessly flow through the ground and trip a breaker.  If
it is not grounded, the electrcity might instead flow through you!
