DATA I/O 21A Eprom Programmer

Hi everybody !

Can anyone PLEASE post the PC software to program/control the DATA I/O 
21A Eprom programmer ?

There's a port on the back of it, to connect it to PC ... ANY 
information you guys could send me is welcome ...

I don't have software, don't know how to assemble a cable to connect
it to my PC ...
