Log-lin and back again

    Hi everyone -

         I know this has been probably asked before, but

    how do you build a log to linear and a linear to log converter?

    dDo they have adjustments for linearity (loggearity?)

    I have quite a bit of electronics experience, but these have

    never been formally explained to me ...
