matching different cvs

After the cs40m question on analogue heaven, you probably know what i
am going to ask:
Does anybody have a circuit that will convert exponential cv (Roland)
to linear cv (Yamaha). Or if it is easy to modify either a csq-600 or the
Yamaha. I sure somebody has mixed and matched linear and exponential
modules out there...
