For those who have a copy of my book, either old or new, I found a few
more errors in a circuit that you might want to correct.  Figure 5-28
a state variable filter with the CEM3320:

1.  R3 ties to -15V.
2.  R1 goes to pin 2 of the LM13600 (diode bias).
3.  R50/51 junction goes to pin 12 not pin 7 of the CEM3320.
