New 303 clone for about $300

Ok, here comes the second bit of information about the
new 303-style bass synth:

Name: Midi Bass MB-33
Company: MAM, Erlangen, Germany
(The company for which I designed the Line Mixers
 during my study, btw.)
Designer: Stefan Schmidt (of Transistorbass-3 fame)
Price: below DM 400,- ,(approx. US$ 300,-)
available in Dec. 95

All I know about this thing is that it has the same heart
as the Transistorbass-3 (i.e. *very* close to the 303),
but not the additional stuff. The same high standard
of circuits, mechanics and software, however.

As far as I know, the first 50 units are already ordered.
And also from hearsay, I think MAM is looking for an
US distributor currently.
