This might work on a Mac but it works for shit on a PC.  Doesn't seem
to track you taps very well (might be a problem with timely delivery of events
in Windows) and the tempo varys wildly without ever settling on the
tempo you want.

I tried on one track I did to tap to sync to someting already on tape.  Didn't
work so hot.
