I have a pair of STM32 development boards looking for new homes. Both 
were purchased from Farnell for a project that didn't happen and have 
never been out of their packets. They have LCD screens and onboard 
programmer/debuggers.

1. STM32F429I-DISCO Discovery board - asking GBP20 plus postage at cost 
to wherever you are (list price appears to be ~GBP30 + VAT)
