 would work better clear.</div>

Why not just sandwich the PCB between two blank PCBs, presumably from the same supplier ?</div>

<div class="x_PlainText">I'm thinking about sandwiching a bare PCB between a top and bottom layer of polycarb for a barebones "caseless" case for a project I'm working on.  It's the size and shape of an "Altoids" tin.<br>

Does anybody have recommendations for clear sheets cut with nicely rounded corners?<br>
