They're not exactly off-the-shelf, but Front Panel Express is a good place for medium runs like this. They even have some angle brackets that you might be able to use to secure the Eurorack modules to the bottom panel and top panel, so that they are not floating.<br>

I have designed plenty of blank Eurorack panels (with custom engraved text) as well as face plates for my own custom Eurorack modules. Front Panel Express is great for this, and they also have some options for building an entire rack enclosure based on modular
components.<br>

I have not used their full enclosure products, but I recently watched a video showing how they reinforce the long 1U face plate with those angle brackets to the top and bottom panels to prevent flexing. I'm thinking those could also be used to secure 3 Eurorack
modules (with 12 brackets in total). You could also custom-design the back panel to allow providing Eurorack power as well as audio inputs and outputs.<br>

Again, this is not off-the-shelf, and it requires some design work, but the fabrication part is automated and precise. I suppose FPE can get expensive at quantities like 50, because they're more for one-off prototypes, but they also have somewhat of a discount
for quantity.<br>
