Would have been better if they'd just said use the OPA1678 which is moreorless drop-in for SMT versions.</div>

There are several Chinese suppliers of real 5532 clones in DIP-8 if you need them. The ones from COSINE are definitely drop in if you're worried. Haven't tried the other suppliers.</div>
