I used an old keybed and an arduino with an LED display and a pot to create my own MIDI controller that allows me to manually dial in the velocity. <div>A tool I've used a lot for your kind of problem is Midiox. Use the programmable filters. That feature takes a little experimentation to get right. You'll need to use virtual MIDI ports like loopmidi so you have a MIDI chain for processing.</div><div><br></div>
