<div>SSM current gain match typical is .5%. LM394C is 1%. SSM offset voltage is 10uV. LM394C is 50uV. But I can't say which is better. Perhaps a more knowledgable member could postup a "hiearchy of transistor pairs" list? That would be sweet.
