<div>  As far as pots go, I only have 300K Bourns. They work well in most applications as subs for 100K pots (voltage dividers for instance). For other values I buy the generic Mouser pots (I think they're Alphas?). The price for them seems to increase every other month, though. Jameco sells them for cheaper than Mouser and they have "valuepro" Alpha copies. I can't say if the "valuepro" are any good or not since I don't have any that have been in use for more than a year or so.
