For 1.5A any gauge larger than 22ga would be fine. I'd use<br> what was mechanically sound (22 may be small in that regard).<br> Maybe 18ga is better.<br> <br> If you run 1300mA out of 1500mA... it will work fine but the supply<br> might fail to start because of inrush current. If that happens you<br> can make a 'soft-start' circuit that turns on one cabinet at a time...<br> or limits the current for some short period of time while all the<br> capacitors charge<br> <br> H^) harry<br><br><b><i>Julian <julian@22host24.com></i></b> wrote:<blockquote class="replbq" style="border-left: 2px solid rgb(16, 16, 255); margin-left: 5px; padding-left: 5px;"> <meta content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" http-equiv="Content-Type"> <meta content="MSHTML 5.00.3700.6699" name="GENERATOR"> <style></style> <div><font face="Arial" size="2">Thanks for the replies about the xlrs...</font></div> <div> </div> <div><font face="Arial" size="2">My next q!
