<div>Steve,</div>
<div> </div>
<div> That was a good explaination. I do all those steps the same way except the etching. I buy etchant solution from Radio Shack. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>Some boards come out better than others. A couple observations:</div>
<div> </div>
<div> - Dry the board with a towel after the ironing and cooling with cold water before you peel back the sheet.</div>
<div> </div>
<div> - If you see a bad track when peeling back the sheet after ironing, lay it back down and iron some more.</div>
<div> </div>
<div> - If you accidently print the mask backwards and don't notice until the board is etched and drilled...have a laugh at yourself.</div>
<div> Usually, you can still use the board, just bend the IC pins the other way. Your board will look very mysterious with all those plain black chips.</div>
