<DIV>  Just read the article and the thought off a gun type thing that can cause one to lose their hearing. What a nightmare ! Kinda reminds me of a gun I heard about that puts out low frequencies to induce bowel movements in target(victim). Cruel ?  I would say it pales in comparison to a gun that shoots metal slugs that rip through organs and kill. Wouldn't you ?</DIV>
