I've been working on my own oscillator design based around the lm358 design from the data sheet.. i've got triangle, pwm square and almost a ramp out of it.. i've also been working on a pic based midi-cv converter to work with it.. the max518 is the dac.. 2 8-bit dac's I2C from pic to the dac.. super simple.. but the max518 works in 0-5v and my oscillator is working in 0-10v.. so i need to build some sort of amp to make it compatible.. any quick explanations of how to do that.. i'm imagining some sort of op amp where i could control the amout of amplification and the scale in respect to the tuning of the oscillators.. i'm not real sure that my oscillators would track a keyboard, but i'd like to setup someting in this dac->CV conversion where i could adjust it easily.. anyone got any ideas or helpful hints?
