Im new to bending and was wondering what I can expect to pay for a modified
speak and spell? Where can I get these bending mods on the internet? I
would like to buy a couple so I have a fountain to follow when I do my own
modifications. Can someone tell me how much I can expect to pay for
something like this?
If you insist on buying a modified Speak & Spell you should buy one from REED GHAZALA, the "inventor" of the modified Speak & Spell. Don't forget about his "bare bends" units! Link below...

But this is SynthDIY as in Do It Yourself. You should take a look at the Speak & Read document that I posted in the files section of the Benders Anonymous group on Yahoo if you need help. It has many points that are common on all of the various board types. Ghazala also has schematics of sort in the circuit bending tutorial on his website.
Reed Ghazala's website...
Hope this helps! I'm not sure if Circuit Bending qualifies as SynthDIY so if you need more advice send me an email.
