electrostat...uh, I mean tape loo...no,<BR>I mean an oil drum, yeah that's the 

ticket, it's an oil drum delay, yeah,<BR>filled with an isotope of cod liver 

oil.  Yeah, that's it.....just your<BR>average rotating 55 gallon drum 

filled with noncarcinogenic, only slightly<BR>radioactive oil inductively 

coupled through a step-aside transformer<BR>bypassed to ground with a flux
