<P><FONT SIZE=2>"Speed" means different things depending mostly on the anticipated use of the device. Data sheets usually contain information on how to decode and specify speed. The only convention I've seen is that a suffix might provide a clue to the speed (like access time or max clock freq) but there's no official standard that I know of.</FONT></P>
