Trimming an Oakley MultiMix

I'm looking at using Tony Allgood's MultiMix design from http://www.oakleysound.com/multimix.htm in a mixer I'm working on. However, for the reversible attenuator part, I want to use center-detent pots for a nice clean zero. What would be the best way to trimpot this circuit so that I can make sure my zeros are zero? (yep I'm still a beginner :-) Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks all
