<BLOCKQUOTE><FONT SIZE="2">You can find 150K pot joystick assemblies at meci.com (under potentiometer:misc) or alltronics.com (under resistors). I bought a couple through alltronics, but the meci picture looks like maybe the same brand at a lower price. The plastic mushroomy-looking thumb knob pulls off to expose a threaded shaft that could take a handle if it had matching threads.  <BR>
