Yet Another Newbie Power Supply question

ALL: I bought a nice Power-One power supply (a HDCC-150W-A) for some MOTM and Paia modules (with plenty of room to grow) and am checking it out. Its a +-15v supply at 3A with an additional +5v isolated supply part. The connections are as follows:

On the right I have

-OUT -S | +S COM -S | +S +OUT (where the | is a division of groupings)

On the left i have

+OUT +OUT | +S -S | -OUT -OUT

On the right I get my +-15v fine relative to the COM, but on the left I get the +5v only across the +OUT relative to the -OUT, which has me confused. I also don't get anything from the -OUT and +OUT on the 5v sides relative to the COM on the +-12v sides (guess that's the isolated part right :-)?

What I need is +-12v AND +5v relative to the same ground for the modules. Can anyone help me with this? Anyone used one of these supplies? I've got no reply from Power-One tech support, and their included documentation was useless. Thanks anyone

p.s. can anyone tell me about the +S and -S terminals - sensing? Thanks
