<BR>I've never gotten hold of KClO4, but my friends and I used to play with KNO3 extensively and NaNO3 to a lesser extent. KClO4 packs a much greater wallop of course, with that extra oxygen, but there's plenty of burned asphalt around here as well as a patch in the yard where grass didn't grow for about a year. Then there was the mobile launcher that shot 3 fiesta balls at a time, but that's another story...
