power supply distribution - I'm just getting ready to lay out my boards so

feeding out [say] +/-18V to each module and then regulate down to +/-15V on each
module OR just set up the PSU to supply +/-15V and feed that directly to each
module? </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=2>Besides smoothing on the PSU module
itself, how much decoupling should I add to each module? Assuming an
electrolytic + ceramic on the inputs to each module, is a decoupler to each
rail on every IC too much [or not enough] ?</FONT></DIV>
