<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have a plan for building a Sound Effects 

Generator  based on the 76477 chip that allows many sounds to be made from 

dog barks to train sounds. The circuit was published in An Electronics mag 15 

years ago or so. The chip is not useful for serious synth work since it does not 

adhear to the typical volt/octave set up. You would have to design a custom 

resistor /key for it. Sound effects are what its good at and it would make a 

great side module to a mudular setup. I could set anyone a photo
