I’d heard of this crazy mod but didn’t know the details

From that blog I’m still not quite sure - it looks/sounds like a bit of a bodge! I’m not on FB so I can’t read those posts.

And Per, yes, you’re right, my old eyes have been straining with the EL display (and it was only replaced a few months ago!) so maybe I need something brighter. I’ve been in touch w that ebay seller.
