[sdiy] Quantizer DAC or PWM?

ESP32 S3 might be overkill. ESP32 S2 is the little brother, single core
lower clock. BUT it has 2 channels of 8 bit DAC.
For pitch CV I would prefer to hook up an external DAC with more
resolution.
